Unfortunately it's probably unlikely the hotel will let you check in at 830am or thereabouts if you're booked to check in on that day. Maybe get your company to purchase an extra night's hotel room the night before so that you can check in when you arrive? It would be very poor form from the company if they didn't allow this considering you just flew 17 hours direct in economy. It's probably the least they can do.
