I've done a search and come up dry, though surely this must have been asked on the forum before:

I have one of these "blue sky" certificates that I picked up at a FT event a while ago. There is no expiry but there is a serial number and a box for a Date/Place stamp with notation "Valid One Year from Date of Issue".

However, there is no stamp inside the box, thus validating the certificate.

1. Can I use this without the stamp being there?
2. Can this be applied to an online booking using the "Tic Code" or "PMO/DollarUA" in the appropriate box?
