I made a booking DFW-LHR on April 15th on AA50 first class, for travel on April 25th. Now I need to cancel this trip but the Iberia customer service rep told me this trip is not refundable..... From the booking and email confirmation, it says "refund permitted for a cost (aka Euro 25)", but when you click the 'i' button it expands with more information whereas it further says refund only permitted on IB, YW,I2 and BA. This is so misleading in my opinion.

Was able to speak to a CSR manager on the phone, even he can't refund this ticket or change it to a cheaper route (MAD-BCN for 4,500 avios). He recommended me to file a claim on Iberia website.... but my flight departs in 3 days...

Any help is truly apprecaited :-)
