This too.
You can go through life booking the tighest connection possible, knowing that you will miss your connection sometimes (and that sometimes the next flight(s) will be too full to accomodate you). But when all goes well you will have spent the minimum time in airports and planes.
Or you can just book conservative connection times and go through your travel life relatively relaxed, having a nice drink in the lounge...
