If the eStore Could Just Respond
I'm still missing a Black Friday points credit and the 10x promo points. I filed a ticket for the missing points 10 weeks later. Still no reply so I called thir number almost 3 weeks ago and was told that they had the ticket with the receipt I filed and that they would escalate. Still nothing. I have other tickets outstanding from BF for missing items in multiple item purchases. If the eStore would reply and say what they think I did wrong I would be happy to give them further info.
