I decide to settle on this place to use up my IHG premier anniversary certificate before going off to the islands. Probably going to stay one night. I can use public transportation to this hotel but is it good idea? I am not sure how safe is metro with luggage, etc or taxi would be better? Would i have sufficient time for self-guided tours around acropolis in morning from this hotel? Also anyone know current price for club access? I am only platinum
We booked a transfer thru booking.com for around $50 about 1.5yrs ago. The driver waited for us at the exit. It was probably a little more expensive than the taxi, but that was our first visit to Athens so we didn't want any surprises.
