I booked via BA last month for QR flights next February and it all works as advertised. The BA booking reference works perfectly in the QR website and I can select seats on the QR website and special meals and so on without any issues. Therefore it works fine. I am BA Gold, so oneworld Emerald and all the seats are available in J apart from the A and K in the front row, being the bassinet seats.
