In Cap Juluca there are 3 restaurants for dinner, of which regularly only 2 are open. For the first evening we decided to go to Pimms. On the way we first enjoyed beautiful views of the sea.

The restaurant is semi-open plan, we sat on the edge. With heavy waves, a little something can splash upwards, you can hardly be closer to the sea.

Amuse bouche and bread.

PRAWN - Breaded in toasted coconut with mango chipotle spicy sauce

A delicious dish, but for $36 I would have hoped for a little more in terms of quantity.
TOM KHA-CARIBBEAN - Fish soup, coconut cream with galanga, lemon grass, wild mushrooms, coriander, katsuobushi & chilli flakes

Quite powerful and relatively salty. At $25 compared to the Prawn, a bargain.
OCTOPUS - Caribbean red curry, basmati rice, coriander, plantain, toasted cashews

A little octopus, a lot of potato, a little slimy sauce - that's in the stomach. For $ 44 you get full, more would probably be too much expected.
FISHERMAN’S - Seasonal catch, silken coco butternut squash cream aromatized with cubeb pepper & tonka bean, crunchy kale, grilled coco, pumpkin seeds

Definitely the better main course, though again not outstanding. 40 $ to spend.....
We were then no longer hungry for dessert. If I'm honest, it wasn't a particularly great dinner. From my point of view, you can expect more.
