Yes, I'm not sure going to the lounge in that circumstances was a good idea, and the usual advice I give is
regardless of what the screen say, ensure you are at the departure gate at least 25 minutes to departure. Regardless of what the screens say. However you have a very clear case of EC261 compensation for this, under the much loved name for the relevant CJEU caselaw of Germán Rodríguez Cachafeiro and María de los Reyes Martínez-Reboredo Varela-Villamor v Iberia, Líneas Aéreas de España SA. Bit of a mouthful even with abbreviations deployed.
MCT for T5 to T3 is ninety minutes. There is no conformance at T3, but there is Positive Boarding. You passed that threshold (I think it's 30 minutes in your scenario) and so it's just FLY and the Reaccom robots here. I presume you didn't refresh your App in all of this.
