Same for Hyatt Madeleine and Hotel du Louvre. Never understood why for the later as they have more than 50 suites and every time I’ve stayed there (only 4 times since the switch to Hyatt and refurbishment so a returning guess but not a regular) I was willing to use a SUA, it was declined as not accepted at this property and was finally complimentary upgraded to a suite at check in (twice to a junior suite and twice to a very nice junior suite view)?
