I agree 100% with all the pluses (staffs,staffs, staffs, and the beach) and the minuses (kids, kids, too many kids).
Another minus I haven't seen mentioned is the wifi. Half of the time I preferred to use my 256k free cell data over the hotel wifi. If you need good wifi signal during your stay, you should make other arrangements.
Despite the minuses, this is hands down the best hotel we've been to in the Caribbean.
