Do the Sutton/InComm VGCs from CVS/Walgreens have a preset 4-digit pin or must I set one ahead of time? I am going to try out my first MO using one of these cards as a test at my local WM. Want to be prepared for all things.
Also, do these liquidate for MO at a local Stop&Shop. I have a few of these around me as well and would like to keep my options open.
