It depends what aircraft is flying. The only one that is really old and people complaint about here is the 767-300. It has old narrow business class seats, and small video monitor compared to other more updated/modern business class. Delta flies different equipment JFK-FCO so would depend what flights you are looking at. There is also always the possibility of an equipment change since you are 5mo out.
