Need to book JFK - FCO in September, considering both AA & DL. Reading reports that the DL Biz class is way behind the times in that the seats are bad, and the aircraft on the route are old & not recently renovated.
Anyone experience both lines - which has a more comfortable Biz class experience? DL is showing as more money than AA.
