Generally good and well maintained. Good sized including the bathroom but the shower was a bit disappointing

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
Room sizes are good and pool is one of the best I have seen in Thailand. Food was good & the main bar had a great selection of drinks. Spa is large and well appointed. Service by the staff was excellent and made the stay overall.

Bad:
Beach access across a road used by a lot of tanker trucks going back/forward to the port. Price of hotel arranged tours is high, but other options are easily available from the beach or down into the town.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
Yes. Lounge was good and breakfast is a la carte here (although lots fewer options than the main breakfast area). Evening drinks limited to the most basic wines/spirits though.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Welcome drinks voucher proactively offered. Welcome amenities were a tropical soft drink, bottle of wine and chocolates. Check-in formalities completed in room which doesn't appear to be the case for most.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
I found the price OK but I gather it may be on the higher side in comparison to other nearby hotels. I would, however, return.
