They actively brought these around on my last flight. Sandwiches + nuts + candy + fruit + (maybe noodles, didn't notice but have seen them before) were available in the galley.

Basically don't expect anything substantial but generally they have the kinds of things you would buy at an airport anyway. The sandwiches look horrible though, so if you want something more solid, maybe get yourself one from the airport.
