It is hard to understand what is your question.
The way I understand your booking is that you finally decided to create a CX FFP account and transferred Cap One miles. Your eTicket number has been sent to you by email. If you lost it, go to manage your booking, click on "more options" and ask to send email again.

Best is to cancel by phone, but the hold can be long. Try at different times.
