I recall it was for stays. Gotten one at the GHT, there may have been ones at other hotels but I don't recall them coming with a dollar figure, it was more of a gift type of thing. The GHT one came with an actual certificate worth moolah I could use at the hotel. But others who have stayed there a lot can confirm.
