LOL...He doesn't deserve to be arrested for this, and certainly even if he were, no jury of his peers would ever convict him!

Joke aside, turn about is fair play. Those flying with crying babies or incessant barking dogs feel the rest of us must accommodate them, right? Fine. Likewise, why shouldn't they have to put with our objections? While this gentleman's sharing of his frustrations were probably a little on the spirited side, it isn't any more or less irksome than a crying baby or barking dog. At least, in this case, I can actually understand what he's saying and felt the same many times.
