Yep, just talked to the staff and it is indeed a cafe and Dior spa, with the “ultra luxury” aspect of it being that you can supposedly enter directly from the store to the lounge. I mean I feel like it’s gotta be more than that, but that’s pretty much all I could sus out from the staff. Here are some more pictures:
