Neither, I'm afraid. ANA is Star Alliance and you don't have an ongoing Star Alliance flight to get you into the United Club (no ANA lounge in Seattle). Furthermore, OWS that is AA or AS based doesn't get you lounge access on domestic itineraries and if your OWS is non-AA/AS I don't think access is granted with Jet Blue marketed/operated flights.
