I reported a missing stay 10 days late this morning and did receive pushback that the policy is business days rather than days. I asked respectfully that they reconsider this anti-guest policy change as I have never seen a stay post automatically beyond 4-5 days after checkout. Oh, well, at least most of my stays post automatically (over 95% at least), but other competitors do seem to be better about consistent posting (I have been very impressed with how Hilton almost always seems to post next day).
