With the exceptions of going to her hotel, her appointment, and briefly, the Century City Mall, my Mother was basically afraid to be outside even in Beverly Hills as she felt the homelessness may have been even worse than NYC.

I did read your TR of Vegas a little bit and hopefully, I will get to read it more, but I especially loved your NYC TR, which hit home from me since I used to be from the New York area. I definitely understand about not being able to make it all the way up to the North Strip, as although it is only a few miles long for the main drag, it still is lengthy thanks to how massive the resorts are! The South Strip is very nice but except for the MGM Grand to see David Copperfield, I mainly hung out on the North and Center Strip. Perhaps I will have to check it out more on another visit. Cannot wait to check out more of your TRs wakesetter93
Thanks WolfieG, next trip is to Nashville and Asheville, NC later this month! Glad to see you enjoyed some of my other trip reports, they'll be up on my website and soon migrate here as well.
