If not, do these seats become available at a certain time before departure? At check in? 10A and 10K are bassinet seats and are usually released at T-72 if no one has booked them however it's no gaurantee at that specific stage. Until then unless you are travelling with a baby/infant under 2 then they are not available to reserve.
What you can do though is keep trying regularly from then on, T-72 and VERY regularly and see if you can grab them.
