Just had a fantastic meal (95+) at Mosu in Seoul, a true 3 star restaurant. Fantastic interpretations of Korean culture and cuisine. A real treat.
Today, a wonderful 2* meal (93) at Soigne, also in Seoul. Really excellent technique and interesting Korean dishes mixed with French-inspired ones.
The meal at the 1* Bicena (88) was a little less impressive, but made up for in part by the views from the 81st floor and the private room we had.
Oh, and the food we had at Baekyangsa temple with the Geong Kwan (the famous monk/chef) was truly inspiring too.
