Just booked a ticket with infant in arms. Not our first time doing so, but this time the agent said something that I've never heard before and wanted to verify here: She said that there were only extra oxygen masks on the "left side of the plane if you are walking from the front" (starboard?), and that we needed to select seats on that side.

Can anyone verify this? a/c is 737-900 if that matters.
