You can enter your KTN when it is time to check-in online for your flight. You used to be able to enter your KTN ahead of time, but I haven't seen that screen since the switchover to Amadeus.

Also, you can enter it into your Aeroplan profile (if your reservation is tied to an Aeroplan #) and it'll pre-populate the KTN when you check-in.
