I am sure not all who complain leave but I know many personally who have and I know a few who have stopped spending MONEY on ay especially in premium cabins as a result of these changes

Also to a certain degree one can not avoid totally because it would be stupid act to pay for a worse product a higher price ans/or there a places where AY is more or less your only choice or competition has just not the right times. Itīs a bunch of reasons why the "They complain, but still spend their money with us, so who cares" is far from clever. Loyal customer are a little dull, and you can do a lot of things while they in their dreams, once you wake them they start thinking, and look at their choices.
