Public areas and rooms were clean and in working order. I rented a car, so I can't comment on the shuttle. Nothing special, but it worked for a one-night stay.

I stayed at Westin back in February & the Marriott in December. The Marriott is old and tired but has a lounge. I was upgraded to a suite. Shuttle service was acceptable. The Westin seems to have been modernized. It goes not have a lounge. I was upgraded to an enhanced room. Shuttle service was acceptable. I prefer the Westin because I like the mattress better.
