I agree gratn that AKL is certainly not that bad, but what is so frustrating is that for a number of years it was so good, but the management was so obsessed with being the sharemarket's darling and paying out most of the profits in shareholder dividends that they neglected investing in improved facilities to cope with the growing passenger numbers. The current frustrating bottlenecks and limitations are entirely the result of AIAL management being shortsighted and greedy.
