I had an instance where the room was too hot that really butchered my sleep, but I was comped 20k points proactively afterwards, a nice surprise suffice to say. The brand-new AC units in the Regency doesn’t seem to work as well as the old-fashioned Honeywell ones upstairs at the House.

Happy to answer any specific questions and like I said, I may consider returning under specific circumstances but otherwise will just spend more money to stay at Liverpool St. or other Hyatt property. Oh, and hopefully can check out Albert Embankment on my next trip over.
After all the Stratford Hyatts are considered “budget” Hyatt options in London. If you’re willing to splurge a little more, the Andaz, Churchill and GSY are all pretty decent. HR Albert Embankment suffers from its own set of issues but is probably worth the ~£50 premium if you can snatch a suite, not if you can’t.
