I was finally on a flight the other day that had the Tip Top Espresso Martini. I ask the FA during the PDB service if they had it, and she immediately told me to try it layered with the bourbon creme on top. I did, and honestly wasn't impressed. The drink began to curdle and was a goopy mess.
