So just by way of an update, I was never even asked for evidence of my SG docs so a bit of worry about nothing. I did however manage to select the wrong type of passport on the form (there ae 4 or 5 options) much to swmbo's amusement the other end in SIN.

Fantastic trip as was upgraded to F on the way out as was SWMBO.

Unfortunately was hospitalised at the end of the trip owing to a mosquito bite gone sour but thats another story....
