Not necessarily, just at the moment, there are also a number of 777s with technical issues, as well as some issues with 5G compliance. This sort of question comes up a fair bit after a few cancellations - some people like to see whether their flight on date X will fare by looking at the same flight on date Y. The reality is that past performance is not a good guide to future results.
