The downside to these seats is being close to the law and the traffic it brings, but on an overnight flight this isn't always that bad.
The problem is that it will take you forever to deplane, last time on a 777 it took us more than 1h before we were actually off the plane, even though we were telling everyone we had a tight connection. We were placed in row 50. 9 rows means 40 people will need to deplane before you, most of them don't even move until they see movements ahead.
