In theory there is a transfer bus that goes between T4S and the non-Schengen part of T1. I have never used it and apparently it's an on-demand service but it exists. I'd plan on a half hour to 40 mins or so for the bus to get you from one to the other between calling it, the driver finishing his coffee, getting over there and then the drive itself.

I'm honestly curious for a report of how it works.
