Bonvoy is doing that ? that's ridiculous, they don't really save any money by not doing the rooms and it's not giving a good image to the hotel
In most cases it is not about saving money per se but not being able to get enough staff. In any case the last thing Accor needs is to fragment its services more than they already do. Already now within the same brand each hotel experience varies far too much.
