The water is calm, the pool is RIGHT on the beach with plenty of (free) shaded cabanas and overall the property has an intimate feel with the best of both worlds (amazing beach with an awesome pool). F&B was pricey but high quality. We had an excellent stay. The Kids Club was a little bit of a let down but overall we'd highly recommend it for families with small children.

Another option that you can look at that our fam also loved is the Conrad Punta Mita since they have a kids pool area, play room, water slides, etc. Try to get upgraded to a room with a plunge pool since that makes mornings with the little ones MUCH more enjoyable Sorry to temporarily hijack this thread away from WA Cabo!
We have done all three and you really cannot go wrong. Anquilla is a beautiful island and can’t speak highly enough about Zemi. It is a smaller property which we really like with an excellent staff that really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The beach is perfect and very swimmable though we have noticed it get choppier our last two stays. We have used a babysitter we initially found through the hotel several times ( I believe the WA offers this as well but we did not use). Both Zemi and Pedregal have more of an adult vacation vibe but even when we have gone without our child, we had very relaxing stays.
