If it has been more than 10 business days following a Completed Stay and Marriott Bonvoy® Points are missing from your Account, please submit a Missing Stay Request.

Also, when you fill up the Missing Stay Request online, on Step 2, under the check-in date, there is a note saying "It may take up to 10 business days for points to post to your account after you have completed your stay."

We will have to follow this rule when we are handling missing stay claims.
I appreciate the reply and the link to the policy. However, there are a few things to note about this:

1. Hotels operate 24x7. There are no "business days" vs "non-business days"
2. Every single time I have had a missing stay request sent to AMB line they have processed it as normal because I base it on "10 days" (aka the 11th after the 10th full day has passed). Nobody has ever pushed back. And before I was AMB I would send them through the website (see below).
3. YOUR OWN WEBSITE uses the "10 day" rule. As I wrote above, the website will let me fill in a missing stay request on April 18th for a stay that ended April 7th!

So something has changed and either somebody forgot to update the website or I just got a 'rogue' AMB agent who is following the rule to the T. Given how frequently stays don't post for me (not as bad as some, worse than others) I know the rules inside & out in terms of how they are adhered to. And this is definitely outside the norm.
