I stayed there last weekend and planned to get some data points for feedback, but I had a few issues with my room and the lack of ice.

All I can say for sure is that I had an issue with the TV, which I think might be the same carrier as WiFi. I couldn't get CNN on the TV in the living room, but I saw a lot of channels with ads for Dish. So if the WiFi is from Dish, I think that would explain a lot of those issues. Interestingly, the TV in one of the bedrooms turned itself on, and I could get CNN on that TV.

All in all, I'm surprised that the property has a 4/5 rating although the staff I interacted with were nice and professional.
