Thanks for the heads up. I'm passing through the area and decided on a quick overnight stay here using my Hyatt points mostly to gain free access to their famous hot springs (I think day passes start at $79 per person, and we probably would pass at that price). I see WoH benefits include early check-in and late check-out at these Small Luxury hotels. Has anyone tried using these benefits? We plan to arrive around noon and leave in the afternoon the next day to get 2 days at the springs (which would seem enough to me). I assume that even if you can't occupy your room, you'd get free springs access on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure?

BTW, I'm guessing the free buffet breakfast at the hotel is quite good?
