When I was there in April 2022, they gave me instructions to the Marhaba lounge at check-in, to which I replied by asking if the QF lounge is also open. The answer was a "yes" in a tone and smile best described as submissive or even a bit humiliated, as if I had caught her doing something wrong. My guess is they have strict instructions that are best ignored.
