As stated above if your bags are tagged to FRA you can always explain to the LH staff at MUC that you don't feel well for continuing on the flight to FRA and that you would like to get your bag(s) delivered to you at MUC. It may take some time for the bag(s) to appear on the luggage belts though, so you need to be a bit patient in this situation
