Trouble claiming missing avios

I recently flew ARN-LHR (BA), LHR-JFK (AA), JFK-HEL-ARN (AY). The points from the Finnair flights arrived with no problems. I had upgraded the ARN-LHR flight but only got 20 tier points and nothing has arrived from the AA flight.

When I try the missing avios form on BA site, it says I can only claim miles three days after the flight. But it’s now been 3 weeks since the flight.

Any tips?
