Delta Amex Co Brand base spending mile not posting after two and half billing cycles

Hello, guys

I turn here for help, I applied the AMEX Plat Biz Co brand 2.5 months ago, number and name are correct(I can see this card showing under my Delta), but I have not seen a single mile posted in my delta account, that's after two statement cycles. I called multiple times, they can see all miles are showing as "waiting to be transferred" but then initially told me for 1 billing cycle delay, now they said 2. I asked them to do the manual push, they got error message.

I did some search and did not see people have reported experience like this. Anyway to tell AMEX on how to fix this?
