hopefully it’s not an Accor policy. Some hotels are acting on their own. The only official policy is actually a program Accor is taking part in is about planting trees when guests are willing to reuse their towels instead of being replaced everyday.
Bonvoy is doing that ? that's ridiculous, they don't really save any money by not doing the rooms and it's not giving a good image to the hotel
