I had a similar issue, took forever to get the card.

If this is first time you have used TD, I would call and ask if they have two pieces of ID for you on file. If not, they won't release the card.
If they do, ask them if they know if the card has been sent. They can usually tell when the card has been shipped out. I would also call the branch that is receiving your card to make sure they havent missed it somewhere.
