Everything is on the same ticket, ICN-JFK is operated by Air Korean and JFK-YYZ is operated by Delta.
No issue. As long as is tagged, drop and go.

Note if you had booked ICN-DTW or ATL on DL and DL onward to YYZ you wouldn't have even needed to pickup bags. When connecting ITI and both flights are on same carrier, some US airports you don't need to collect bags.
