I was actually on one of these planes on Saturday - DUB to ORD (with the plane having arrived to DUB from MCO).
When I booked business class for my family it was ticketed as the standard layout and I picked all 4 seats in row 3, including the "throne" of 3K. Never received any notification and when we boarded was dismayed to see a 2, 2, 2 layout with my wife and I on opposite windows next to strangers with no aisle access and my kids in the two middle seats. The gentlemen seated next to me on the aisle graciously offered to switch with my wife, which was fantastically nice of him.
Anyway, the pilot made an announcement shortly after boarding that "this is a leased plane, not our usual plane, and not really what we were expecting" - along with an announcement that WiFi was broken. It all looked rather beat up, too, which was disappointing.
Our outbound flight from ORD to DUB the week prior was configured as expected and in pretty nice shape.
