Finally flew my first LP segment and it was... fair.

Boarding passes printed without precheck even though it was in the system. Needed it for a DL flight. So printed them through DL and they wouldn't let me in a Sky Club (at first) because something in the system said access not allowed.

LP line said I'd be met at JFK and personally transferred from T4 to T1. Knew that wasn't true but no reason to over promise and under deliver.

Wifi broken broken on the flight.

Privacy divider broken, although curtain did the same trick.

No caviar.

Crew forgot an entire dinner course which messed them up and then served chablis (oops) with the most overcooked beef I've ever had on an airline.

No water left bedside at turndown.

Never addressed by name.

Purser asked if I had a good flight but never thanked me for flying, loyalty, etc.

JFK never pulled my bag and re tagged it for LP so even though arrival was a breeze, stood around for 30 minutes waiting for the bag which defeated the purpose.

So yeah... just fair. Everyone on the ground and in the air were stellar and hospitable and line cutting everywhere helped. But beyond that, pretty below average for long haul F.
